What’s your return & exchange policy?

 

  All sales are final. Please make sure you read through the sized chart and measure your pet correctly before you place an order, as product sizes vary.

 •   We dont accept returns on orders due to potential pet skin cross contamination. Exchanges are offered only within 14 days of receipt if products have a quality issue. Tags and packaging have to be in their original condition to be considered eligible. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanging items. Sale items are non-eligible for return or exchanges.

 •   We don’t offer refunds at the moment. Thank you for supporting small businesses.

When will the order ship?

  Please allow 2-3 days process time for the order to ship out.

What shipping methods do you use?

  Due to Covid-19, some orders will be arriving later than expected. Please track your order or contact shipping facilities for details.

Domestic

  All standard shipping orders within the US ships via USPS. Standard shipping usually takes up to 3-8 days to be delivered. Shipping fees range from $10-$20 depends on the weight of your package. Express shipping will be shipped out via UPS or USPS. Usually takes no more than 3 days to be delivered.

International shipping

  All orders shipping outside of the US will be shipped through UPS, DHL or EZ. Your package will be taken over by your local carriers once it arrives in your country.

What payment methods do you accept? 

  We accept all types of credit cards. Complete method of payments please see bottom of the home page.

How can I care for my garment(s)? 

  Garment care varies on different fabric and materials. Please see care labels on individual items. Hand wash is always preferred if no labels is provided.
